With the very modest tappet-to-cam loadings typical of the flathead Packard engines, we're told by many lubricant authorities that the zinc and phosphorous are of no particular benefit. With an engine in good condition and clean internally, I'd just go with a good name-brand detergent oil with a viscosity suitable for the temperatures you expect to encounter.
