Not often we a member from Argentina to PackardInfo!

Concerning your question, see the attached extract from the Owners Manual that humanpotatohybrid was kind enough to provide a link to. It answers both your question and also humanpotatohybrids of "Is there, not a dipstick? ". The answer to which is no! You have to open the petcock to determine if the oil is at the correct level. The petcock is on the left side of the engine's aluminum crankcase between the oil filler "spout" and the starter motor in the ones I've seen.

Lastly, but by no means least, I invite you to include your '28 Seven Passenger Touring Hearse
(see Post#4) in the Packard Vehicle Registry.
