Ok, I've removed some unneeded items from the toolbar above. Also, I added a new "INSERT IMAGE BUTTON" on the far right.
If you use this, it works like the drag and drop to insert the picture inline into the message post. You can use it multiple times in the same message post. This should give the same option for inserting images and make it friendly to mobile users.
