Stay away from

(Green) polyurethane.

I'm looking at. Silicone shore 80. For rear axle. See how that wears.

If you know 3d printing. Molds would be no problem.

My best mold. Is for the torque arm. Fronts.

I'll be machining mine out of aluminum ..
