Back from Memphis. 1 more day of work, and then 8 glorious days of vacation. Website all backed up, and preparing to engage auto-pilot.

While I was in Memphis my friends took me down to Casino in Mississippi which had a Paula Dean buffet in it. Every time I hear her name this comes to mind:

"Take one stick of butter, and mix with another stick of butter, then deep-fry and cover with country gravy. Serve."
