Here is what i'm not sure of:
Some tandem cylinders are spring loaded between primary and secondary pistons. Some are NOT.

For those of us that want a SINGLE line and NO prop valve then what about just connecting the TWO lines of the tandem cylinder together at or near the output ports of the cylinder????
