Thanks to Paul (r1lark) who saved the records from his family's Packard dealership(s) in Hempstead and Merrick Long Island, 1120 additional vehicles (1949-1958) have been added to the Registry for historical reference.

The info, I thought was interesting from how many cars were transferred between other dealers and the 49s that got returned to Packard for renumbering.

That info is contained in the Vehicle History section.
