Brian,

Most of the images I have are pretty small so that is why I made them all about the size I did. If people could get me hi-res versions of those, then I can redo the guide in a larger size.

I did those early year screw-on style caps in profile as they are all different. Some are external thread, some internal thread, and some are different diameters. Plus those look almost exactly the same from the front view.

Hope I can get some folks to send over some additional pictures to help improve the guide. I just ask that they be flat/straight-on pictures. Similar how the ones in the Guide are now.
