Capone was imprisoned from May 1932 to November 1939:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_Capone

Must be he was the only one who could buy and register a car for his wife to use? One would think the seller might check salient facts of the owner's history before making such claims in order to sell the car.

Questionable ownership aside, looks like a nice older restoration or preserved original someone could enjoy.
