Other than the claim that he owned it, I don't see what significance that makes to the value of the car other than the normal value it has. If it was also tied to some historic event and he owned it then I can see a certain small premium over normal value. It's not like this was the JFK assassination car, the Bonney and Clyde shoot out car, or even a car that Capone had custom modified with built in tommy guns and hidden compartment for running 'Shine.
