Based off the 56 Predictor show carhttps://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=9112 , I believe it was done by Teague, Schmidt et all in the Packard styling dept. I wouldn't be surprised if there were not some kind of cross pollination though because so many cars had a similar theme then.
