The photo is very small and thus difficult to see details.
Headlights are '29 or '30, does not look like it has parking lights on top of front fenders which would make it a '29. Cannot see cowl area, but if it had cowl lights that would confirm '29 but ??

Cannot see sides of hood to see if it is an Eight or 8 Deluxe, but length of hood appears to be the shorter model making it an Eight, model 626 or 633. Teh rear quarter wondow is long, indicatin it ia a long wheelbase 7 pass body style, 133" wb, thus a 633. Cannot tellif it has divider window or not, so could be 7 pass sedan or 7 pass limousine.
