Snyder, 2616 N.W. 31st St., Oklahoma City 7, Okla., Director of Health Education, Oklahoma City Air Service Command mentioned in the AMERICAN JOURNAL OF PUBLIC HEALTH Nov 1944. Certainly fits the timeframe and the location and might provide a starting point close to home. And maybe your local newspaper archives of the time could provide something?
