I think this circle has been squared. Unless something new and verifiable comes along, it is my understanding the Packard continued to build the conventional/traditional bodies (with exceptions already noted) through the 20th series; and, that Briggs built all of the Clipper bodies for the 19th and 20th series. Thanks to all for their time and efforts to bring this to a resolution. Another question answered. This is all from me on this.
