Motor City Packards does several things to draw in new members and retain current members. One is very similar to the Work Day that was mentioned above. We have a tech session at a member's storage building/garage and we ask Packard owners to bring in their car. The tech team puts it on a hoist (if required) and the owner gets free advice and work done on their car. This event usually draws 75 to 90 people at each tech session.

Second, we have a "Packard Ride" program at the PPG during our Open House events. MCP members volunteer to give people a road tour of the PPG in their Packard. It is very popluar and we always have people waiting in line.

Still we want to do more.
