West, it's been shown in photos here many times, I'll look again but someone else will probably beat me to it. It mounts to the valve valley cover at the front of the engine and closes off much of the open space between it and the base of the intake manifold to prevent the fan blast from over-cooling the intake manifold and hence the air/fuel mixture.
