based on the fasteners, I'm thinking some sort of interior or trunk trim panel. Bottom/back of seat frame?

I've handled thousands of Packard parts over the last, umm...years, but this and one other part have me stumped. The other part I feel is a door hinge stiffener, I think i posted it a few years ago, nobody ID'd that either.
