I have one but I’m afraid it’s not in a condition that would be usable on a restored car. Note during your searching, though, that there were two different covers that looked alike but had different mounts. For example, some of the Henney-Packards used them with the back inner ring being recessed about 3/8” while passenger cars had the inner ring nearly flush with the outer rim of the cover. Yours is likely the latter (PN 403035) but compare to be sure.
