Kip, Keystone Packards sells this tool, though I don't know how theirs is constructed. If you buy one I would appreciate if you post a picture as there is no info on their website.

I don't know the dimensions of these offhand but I think I could probably 3D print a stainless steel driver bit for this purpose.http://www.keystonepackards.org/about/#projects

Edit: Just made a quick-disconnect bit in CAD as a rough prototype, not sure of the dimensions yet though. If anyone is interested in those I could get some made from stainless steel for roughly the same cost.
