Wanted: Vacuum Advance 410111

Hello! Trying to see if anyone has a vacuum advance for sale, part number 410111, compatible with distributor 403041 (Autolite #IGP-4502-B). This distributor/vacuum advance combo would've been used on some 22nd and 23rd series cars presumably with 288 and 327 engines. Thanks in advance!
