WANTED 1937 120-C vent window regulator or regulator gear

I'm looking for a 1937 120-C passenger vent window regulator or original regulator gear. A few of the teeth on my gear were worn, so I tried to rebuild it with the reproduced gear that is available online. But that gear is made out of bronze and is just too soft. I installed new weatherstripping on the vent window so it's a bit tight & a bit of resistance in closing and opening it and it has caused the gear inside that is keyed to the shaft to get smashed and open up, so now's there's some play.
