...guidance. I had a set of wire wheels restored for my 733 by Dayton Wire Wheels. It seems the Oakes Wheel lock from my disc wheel spare mounts, is not the same as what I need for the wire wheels....

Yeah looks like a 5 wafer lock. Should be easily openable without damage, and maybe even rekeyable, by any locksmith.
