Ok I am back yet again with another question, On a 1958 Packard Hawk Hydro vac brakes non AC where do you start bleeding the brake system? I have 2 manuals 1 says start act the vacuum bleeder and 1 says start at the hydraulic control valve bleeder both of which are on the bootser. The Vacuum bleeder is on top the hydraulic bleeder is on the lower from end.
Any insight?
Thanks in advance

Has anyone installed the mylar on the quaters? If so any tips? What did you use to cement it to the car?

Thanks in advance

Ok,

so we had a shop press the bearing on. Now on the side we took apart we have 3/16" end play and the side we didn't touch has .125" of end play.... I am thinking the shop pressed the bearing on to far? But what about the side we didnt touch?

From Studebaker drivers web page these agree with manual just more personel details on methods used. Another thing to consider is getting Phill Harris flanged axle conversion

Thanks!
