Hi Dave

The list is on its way to you!

I'll give you 3 months to complete it and if you fail, the container will be on its way 😂

Still trying to figure out if it's a 1938 or 39? There are no holes on the boot lid so, did it not have one or how was the badge attached?

Stay safe.

Colin

Hi

Just an update on the V12 Packard.

It has had a couple of owners in the UK since it was imported. The first guy bought it for parts as he had a 1938 Super 8, which was involved in an accident, hence the missing grille and surround, front wings and side mount covers!

The second guy bought it thinking it was a 120??? Decided to remove the rear wings and cut them up to fit the 120! Not sure why you would do this to a V12?

Now we go on to the positives. The body is solid, with no rust. Interior is original and apart from a hole on the front seat, it's in reasonable condition.

QUESTIONS:

Probably a bit early on in the restoration for this question, but what's the best cleaner to clean the interior?

Who is the best person to contact for parts on this car?

Thanks in advance for your help and hope you're all safe, well and isolated in your garages.

Regards

Colin
