Here is a link to the same listing on Ebay. Information and photos show 7 lug. I wrote and advised that they were not Packard - no reply.

Absolutely love the new colour and would be very interested to know what it is. Final colour, although obviously subject to personal taste is critical.

I was told, years ago that the Bijur Company is still in existence and have many old parts?? Don't know how much truth is in that but worth investigating.

Wanted- There must be RHD components gathering dust that you LHD folk can't use. I am particularly keen on 6th and 7th series RHD parts. This would include front axle parts, Steering, Transmission and the brake shafts enclosed in the main cross member.

Couldn't agree with you more. A 443 Packard sedan with custom body advertised on one website for about $30k. The same car on a reputable website for about $80k -its correct value. I advised the not so well know website- no surprise, no reply. Furthermore, there are many vintage car websites with out of date listings of cars that were sold years ago, is a scam too. They get paid for the time you spend searching dozens of dead listings on their sites. Again, when you advise them of cars sold ages ago, no reply. I have even suggested of a few of them that a "DATE" is assigned each listing - woops, NO REPLY.

Just went for some photos. Had to locate an Imperial tape from the archives.
The 733 front bumpers are 2" X 58 1/4" and 58 1/2". One needs reshaping. The 740 front bumper is 2 1/4" X 60 1/2". The 740 rear is 2 1/4" X 64 1/4". Attach file: Bumper 1.jpg (151.10 KB) Bumper 2.jpg (214.50 KB) Bumper 3.jpg (235.66 KB) Bumper 5.jpg (151.42 KB)

Only last week, I was doing exactly the same thing. 726 and 733 are the same. Without measuring, let's say the bars are 2 1/2". 740 is slightly more - could be 2 3/4" and 745's which I need are 3". I'll check my notes and the bars I wrote on but that's in the ball park. As to the overall width of 745's I would not be surprised if they were wider overall. Keep me in mind if yours turn out to be 745's.
