Rear axle..
Round ones go on top. Rectangle ones are 55 type. Which are used for 56. More surface area.

For a bushing.
I used a cast iron valve guide and cut it A machine shop had a boat load of different ones. When he closes it will suck.

Buy a longer- 3/4.-14? Bolt. I think I use one 3 inches long.
For crank bolt. That gives you plenty of pull to get it off. Also. I have had no problems pulling on back of ring that's vulcanized on the cast pulley.

I don't remember that post.
Thanks My dad's 56 was having a lifter problem. But has been quiet . But if it starts again my plan is ross.s to keep original

Going art decco.
And box of bushings going to Ross. Making 2 more 56's. Think I'll have enough. With this container of polyurethane. Thrn going to try their soft polyurethane. See if it's More like rubber. Using black tint. Does not get air bubbles.

I use this.
Get about 3 feet small rubber hose and put down spark plug hole. Turn engine till it stops. This holds valve up.
