For sale again. Price reduced to $750. This is a unmolested complete club sedan except for what the rust bug and rodents have eaten. This would be a very ambitious restoration or excellent parts car.

I polished the one on my 1950 to a near chrome appearance. Just used a buffer and polishing compound.

What years did Packard cylinder heads use 29 bolts. The only numbers I could find were embossed on the head were 48199 and 2-21. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for updating. The car went to a Indiana restoration shop. Hopefully we will see it on the road again.

Thanks guys, everything has been identified except the 2205 number. I checked the build slip again and it is clearly 2205.

Just found the build sheet on gas tank fill tube. I know what most of it means, but there are a couple that I don't recognize. Can anyone elaborate on the complete meaning?

Surgery went OK, but I had more damage than the surgeon anticipated. While in surgery I had two heart attacks. I feel good and think I am doing good with my therapy. My doctors and family are telling me I need to slow down, but I am afraid if I do I might come to a complete stop. I need to find someone to take over this project. I have not even started to clean it out but noticed some spare parts in the trunk. Thanks for your concern.
