with all these disc brakes,,you need the dual res. right?

BTV will not work right?,,

IF I go disc, think I will mod the BTV, for a dual master cyl.

also I I think the pads should be same width as the Packard lining .

Wilwood looks small....

Because of the swing of bell crank,,don't think it could go over center. think it still would need to be off set a little, and not much room with bat wing air cleaner. don't know about dual carb air cleaner.

I wish I had the dough to back ,,,to help you,,

do want others have said, air cleaner off, look in carb, and pull acc linkage,

no fangs of gas going in,, then, undo fitting going into bowl, pull coil wire at (coil),,,so you don't get spark, put fuel line in a can and turn over engine, gas should fly out,,,if not,,,,fuel pump.. clogged?,,, or some reason no gas is getting to bowl,,,

yes those ceramics do plug,

besides blowing it out, others might know better on that,

vapor lock??? is gas cap vented?,,

hi pat,

the fuel bowl, hmmm, is that ceramic piece in there?, if its half full you should be getting gas,

if its near empty then possible clog,,, frozen gas?, or pump went south,,(bad).

removing fuel line at the bowl, and cranking it will tell if your getting fuel,

I think you had fuel pump problems before, or was that some one else?,,

I reading in this car mag.,, I get, and the guys car would run then stop,,,turned out to be a seal from a bottle, was blocking fuel line in the tank,

if your using carbon plug wires,,toss them, and get solid core (wire),,they are stainless steel.

if you can,,take coil wire out of Dist. cap and set it where you can see it from inside the car. use a cloths pin or something to keep it 1/4 inch from metal. crank it over and you should have a healthy continuous spark. if not,, points, condenser, cap, or coil. wire?,,(coil)

out hear in calif, I have the choke fixed at wide open,

I turn it over to see if it fires, if not then I give some pumps,

If I pump it first, I flood it,,

to me, back it in the cold, you would want a lean mix, with that cold air.

Has it been proved that its getting spark? doesn't a condenser give out when it gets hot?,,and if its cold, might not hold..too.....

others are on the money,,,,get air cleaner off,,to see if you are getting gas,, if so its electric...coil, or coil ground wire might be broke..
