I am restoring a 1936 standard 8 and was trying to figure my Cowel lacing and grill lacing too. Mine was a basket case and never saw it installed. I would like to see Cowel and grill lacing pictures also. Thanks

I was looking for some also for a 1936 with 134-inch wheelbase. If I could find the cast ends, I think the straight strips could be reproduced out of stainless. If you find a source, please post it thanks.

I have a row of approx. 3/16 dia. holes on the running board where the running board meets the bottom of the rocker panel. It looks like something was riveted on there at one time, maybe welt? Does anyone know what goes between the running board and rocker panel? Thanks

I was looking at a 1940 Packard grill and grill surround for my 1940 Packard and was trying to see if the 6-cylinder grill and surround which bolts to the fenders are the same on 115 and 120's and 160s? The 160 would have a shuttered grill, but the surround should be the same? I am trying to buy the correct part Does anyone know if there is a difference Thanks

I had to make my rear seat frame by cutting down a junk 1948 rear seat. You can measure an original car seat and just make one.

I am looking for a picture of the rear seat panel which the rear armrest attaches to on a Super 8 or Standard 8. It is the panel below the side rear window (interior) I found pictures of the 4-door rear panel, but I can't seam to find a picture of a club coupe side panel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The AC engineer who designed this lock must be laughing his but off in heaven now. The GM guys have the same problem. spend 5 hours trying to remove a glove box door lock. The Chevy glove box door lock come out by turning the key to the 11 o'clock position, then the lock come out and then the sliding latch pulls out. That doesn't work on a Packard lock unfortunately, but I'll keep looking.
