I have a 37 radio and its obvious where to install the tuner ,but where does the radio receiver speaker go ?under the glove box or somewhere under the drivers side?

Does anyone know how Packard pressed the upholstery fabric on the door panels rather than sewing them. This is common in the 50 `s and maybe all along .
The original door panels looked like the fabric was pressed in with a heated apparatus that was a mold that made the impressions .
I had an upholsterer sub this technique out but lost touch with the upholsterer that knew the technique.

Looking for the stainless trim that goes on the roof to fasten down the landau roof patch that goes over the wood

Im going to check the adjustment on the carb linkage and if thats good im gonna start with the torque converter.I think its not engaging which keeps me in high torque from what i can see .the events were we changed out the tranny and used the old torque converter and it did the same thing.When Itry to go over 50 iu feel it pulling back,engine clacking as if it was timing ,but set timing to 5 ,so suspicions its the Torque converter ,but limited intelligence over here on the Ulta

Thanks for hanging in with me.I mean by bogging ,as i floor the car the rpms and engine sound like a lower gear,as if we had a second gear which we dont,when i take my foot off the gas the car slows ,as if its dragging .as well the engine rattles like the timing is off,same sound .It feels like its being held back and there is too much drag for the engine to push the car to the 60 to 90 range.
As I remember these cars could do 90 to 100 with no drag,from my youth anyway.

SO,if the torque converter clutch is bad would that cause the high RPM`s at freeway speed ,and the bogging ,just thinking ?
