Yes , and yes. More worrisome is the short legs on your stand hardly come past the CG of the engine. Might want to extend them.

The left side has probably lost some oil over the years, so the simplest thing is just to top it up. Do that through the small plug on the top. Get some hydraulic jack oil and put it in a pump oiler and squirt it in. Bounce the car a few times to work bubbles out and continue. There is no need to replace the old oil.
If that doesn't firm it up, or the oil leaks out around the arm, then you will need to send them off for rebuilding.

The basic floor pan stamping served every car in the lineup. It was extended 5" by the filler strip to make the 127" WB cars. On a convertible or a hardtop those indentations would have bolts down to the frame through the normal rubber pads on the hardtop, and through steel shims on the Conv.
Oddly enough in 54 and up, the cheapest clippers got fewer outriggers then the more expensive clippers did. I can't notice the difference in driving. If I recall, all Torsion Level cars got a full compliment of body mounts.

The housing was already wallowed out. I had a machinist buddy turn down the shaft ever so slightly and make a bronze bushing to suit.

I think I put 40K plus miles on that car before I sold it. 0 problems.

Simply remove the big heavy washer under the bolt head and then screw the original bolt back in. The puller can push against the bolt, and the bolt head will neatly pass through the hole in the pulley when the washer is not there. If you have PS, you will have to pry that pulley off. They usually come easily.

I see your car has replacement rocker panels. Whilst welding, I suggest you weld them on. That will add a lot of rigidity to the car.
Oh, and that should be solid metal under those rear mounts. A large fender washer will suffice.

If it is a 48, then it should have the multi-piece (10 altogether!) front bumper. The later cars had a one piece bar and two guards which will bolt right on to your car. I have a fresh rechromed one piece bar if you would like.
In the 22nd series, the Super Eight is considered a senior car, but it shares all of its grille pieces with the Eight and Eight Deluxe.
