I've never seen a 54 conv. that wasn't an Ultramatic. Was it converted to manual you think?

I know the engine color is wrong. Is the interior pattern & color wrong also?

Is this car recognized as a CCCA classic? Also, how long is it from bumper to bumper? It's the 138 inch WB.

I'm looking at a 55 400 that the seller says it will vibrate pretty bad but sometimes goes away as you speed up. Also says at a certain point when turning the steering wheel it stop altogether. From that limited description would you guys say it needs a front end rebuild?

I would definitely say the price, I just don't see it bringing that kind of money in the current market. Eventually the seller will figure it out or maybe not...

I looked up the 1941 180s. How do tell what specific 180 model that car is?

Unrealistic prices?

I really like the 54 Pacific, always have. Is it just me or is this an unrealistic price? I know what a full high end restoration cost but I also know the current market. Heck the convertibles aren't even selling for those prices. I wonder if cars like this ever actually sale and for what price.

1953 conv. Interior

I was looking at the 53 conv. In the for sale forum that needs interior. Honestly there is little chance I can buy it but thought I would at least research it. Does that kind of interior need to be redone only by a antique restoration shop or can a good auto upolstery shop do it? What would I expect to pay for that? Thanks

If I understand right the "9" right after the 2272 means you have 1949 22nd series Packard.
