No, not that one. This was a 41 Clipper, no wiskers and no skirts. It was solid color, black or charcoal grey. Interior must have been redone, lookded original with plastic seat covers. I wish I had taken a picture.

Hi everyone, I was out yesterday getting ice cream and came across a beautiful 41 Clipper. I looked it over quickly and it was very nice, looked like it had OD. This was at "Memories Ice Cream" in Kingston, NH. I couldn't hange around long enough to see the owner. Realy nice car.

I painted them red, they look good, although not original--Picture really doesn't show them, the wide white walls make a big difference in the looks of these cars, at least in my opinion.

HI, I have a 22nd series Deluxe Eight with the little peanut plugs, there are AC M-8's in there now. I need to replace them, should I get more M-8's or is there something better to use?

Hi everyone, my Deluxe 8 does not want to start when hot, turns over real slowly. Yesterday I was checking around and did not see a ground strap from the motor to the chassis or any ground other than from the battery to the motor. Should there be another strap? I know I need to check other things as well, but thought I would ask about the strap here just to see if I am missing one. thank, Dave

If it was running before you worked on the carb and now it isn't then check the carb again. When you put your hand over the carb when it is turning over do you get vacuum? Maybe in all your trying to start it you washed all the oil away in the cylinders and don't have any compression?

Hi, I'm not trying to be a wise guy but I suggest you get a car your wife likes--Your life will be so much happier. I had a 51 like yours, only 27k miles and a nice car--The ultramatic is not a powerhouse, if you are stuck, it may be that. Try to check the fluid, it is a pain, even on a good suface, but if it is low you won't have the power you need. Good luck!

I vote for brake hose as well. If it was the master they would all , most likely, be locking up. I had an old Cadillac once that had the same problem, brake hoses can look good but inside they collapse and don't let pressure off when released. Good luck.
