Looking for all 4 as mine are damaged. Even damaged ones are possibly useable as I can hopefull epoxy the fins in place.

Most lawnmowers are 4 HP and up. I dont think a generator and water pump require that much power. Anyway it is still going stong after 4000 miles. and it beats walking if you cant find the right one.

The part # for the belt I put on my 41 is Gates 6439BR. It was short and hard to put on but not too tight once I got it on.
Sorry for the delay in answering but I was gone for 5 days

On my 41 the motor had sagged in the front due to the mount rubbers being worn. I jacked up the engine a 1/2 inch without lifting the car and I was able to change the belt. This might also give you enough clearance to acces the bolt. I took the old belt to napa and they matched it up.

Heat gun worked good for me.When I cleaned the metal part they were to far gone and am now making new running boards out of flat steel and manually rounding the edge.

Except for the color those lights look axacly like mine that I installed on my 37. I put led in mine and left them clear for maximum light output. The wiring was not difficult except the fabric covered wire does not like to be manipulated. My brake lights were wired seperately from the factory. Not being self cancelling is a problem so I put in a small buzzer that is annoying so I dont forget to turn them off. I think in todays traffic hand signalling is still legal but unsafe in my opinion.

On my 37 the clock had literally fallen apart. I know the purist wont like this but I fabbed in a small battery powered clock and except for the hands being different it works well.

To add to my last suggestion. Sometimes the drum may be loose on the hub. To overcome this put the wheel bolts with spacers on to hold the drum tight on the hub

Not all brake lathes are created equal. Like any equipment there are high and low end machines. Having turned many drums on different machines in my life time I have also seen operator abuse. If you can find one that grinds rather than cuts you will have a superior job done. In this age of throw away it has become harder to find to qualified machinist, But dont give up.They are out there.
