Hello Flackmaster. thanks for the photos. I would like very much to buy the EE-14 carburettor plus the choke thermostat from you. It will go along way in helping me to complete my restoration and have a good useable car. Plese reply with your price and method of payment required.
Regard and thanks. dnielsen

hello flackmaster, i was introduced to the site by stuart of kanter, who have always been most helpful. thanks for the postal address of andy wolf. i was given his e-mail address by stewart via vivian devine, however i did not get a response, so i assumed the site was inactive.
i will be most interested in the details of the choke thermostat. when i bought the car it was fitted with a carter carburettor, this i swapped for, a stromberg. unfortunately this is a mix of different models, the air horn is stamped 10-28, the body is a model ee-23, both of these as fitted to a 1938 super 8. the base is indistinctly marked. so far i have jetted the carb according to ee-14 specs. all the choke levers and of course thermostat were missing, hence my interest in this item. if i could get a rebuildable ee-14 or ee-16 carb or even some of the major components, i would be over the moon.
i look forward to hearing from you.
regards dnielsen.

hello all. hope you will excuse any errors, but i am what is known in s. africa as a 'new one'. i have a 1938 120 and need two items to further my restoration. 1. patent plate which i understand was a paper sticker, and 2. thermostat coil as fitted within the exhaust manifold pocket, and which then operated the cold starting choke. either a repairable unit or even a diagram with some dimensions so i can make one. many thanks. dnielsen.
