ok so i just ordered eastwoods gas tank sealer/liner kit. and i got some seafoam to flush out the lines. where would you guys recomend I get a carb rebuild kit from? after that its on to the brakes.

sanded the trunk floors and droped the fuel tank. man that was some nasty gas. and to top it off she had atleast 12 gallons in her.

damn. thanks guy tried it and turned right over thanks guys.......... more than likely gumed up the carb had the fuel line hooked up. errrrr. oh well need to rebuild it any ways.

ok so i got the key made. it only goes to 45 degrees and wont crank the starter. did the guy make it wrong? or is their a push button start? Or is my wireing fucked. never started this baby with a key.

thank guys. so just to get this right, the glove box key will work for the ignition as well? i would feel better if i only have to take that out insteadof the ignition im clumbys and i like to break things

So I need to get a key made for the ignition, had one quote so far of $125 is that about right or am I over paying?

alright so about 50% done with the interior(sanding wise needs 2 new floor pans). So i got her started would you guys recommend a 12 volt convertion?

Thank you, and to think I got her for 1600 bucks! Kind of puts my plans in the dumpster. (I was thinking of maybe chopping the top) I know, I know. I knew that all packards are rare but having a rare 1 year only packard I owe it to her to keep her as origainal as I can. Thanks guys. without you guys I would be lost.
