Everyone ive seen has a 1/8 dia. dowel pin hole in the DIA. Reason its there is to place a pin in ti and leverage it rotate. Make sure its tight to the hole or u can bugger up the chrome. Think there made out of brass.

Trade Letter T2805 states that Leather AR-3 - Black was standard for paint Scheme T - Packard Cream and that Leather AR-4 - Red was available at no extra cost.

Believe that the leather had no grain pattern with a slight gloss and the color of AR-4 Red moved a little to the orange side. Maybe others can tell us if im correct with these statements.

EYELETS were available from Cole Ignition 585-342-9613(New York). Havent purchased any for a few yrs - hope there still around. Also on the SP end there was a 3/8 lg black rubber BOOT - Heavy Wall shrink tubing does the trick. Think Cole sold the wire also and if i remember u could order a made up set. Orig. lengths r called out in the Parts Book.
