Replaced the circuit breaker and the power window relay That I got from dave moe,also replaced the after market ignition switch with a factory one. the car actually turns over by it self now.Still needs to be tuned up and fuel delivery sorted, but progress is being made!

I think that is the route I'm going to go lot easier to tape than to risk any more damage to the trim.

Update 4/30 car is up on jackstands most of the trim is off except hood letters and the rear window trim and the drip rail chrome.Took the rear most frame brace out was bent to crap am going to use the one off the parts car hope it comes off easier.The old one was a pita to get off will post pics of progress soon. going shopping at Dave moe's on sun.

I also went to Portland.Talked to Dave Moe while there picked up some things for the '55 went up to his place in Marysville. what he had in Portland is just a small sample of the inventory he has.

As far as I know from the previous owner the car was bought by his dad in '60 drove around for a while then restoration was started in the latter part of the 80's or 90's moved around from florida to minn. in pieces then to wa. state where I bought it. p.o. said it was last reg in fl. going to contact their dmv to see if I can get a copy of the title. reg in wa. is not that difficult if # match I can get a 3yr reg then a title after. selling won't be a problem I plan on keeping it.

The numbers I found are 5582 9213 guessing this is the original motor.Fingers crossed there is not a body tag on the car wasn't there when I bought it.Is there a archive that I could look up the motor number with?

I need a translation of the numbers on the patrician. Numbers on the firewall are 054373 numbers on the block under the distributor are 6 10 55 birthdate of car? 440275A any info would be helpful.
