The manifold is a Packard 2x4 barrel with Weiand adapters for
Holley #94 three bolt carbs. Speedway Motors has them under their own brand,https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Vintage-2-Barrel-Carb-Adapter,5025.html.

Heat the stud using mapp gas. Concentrate the heat on the stud. When hot, apply a liberal amount of candle wax. Tap in the ez out, and rotate using steady pressure.
