Sorry bout the delayed reply,, ended up taking time off the forum and the project.

It's the Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ-1 Premium
The premium is an upgrade to the Motor and small things for ease of use.

After several months off we have finished the rear doors, seat, and side walks and have them installed. I have some small adjustments to do later.
I'll add a couple more pics tomorrow as I can't load the video I wanted..

Got side panel detail stitching done today.
Found that blue tape made a great line to follow with no damage to the cloth.

This is a link to my replacement rubber splash for a 6 cyl 115c.
I believe that the overall length behind the shock is the big diffrence between a 115c and 120
Msg me if you have questions

rear 37 Covered
Looked like yours would have been almost straight down on the front with the ash tray.
Thinking that you could do a papier mache' using glue as a binder for strength.
Mine were moulded fiber material using a black color and a papier mache like consistancy.
I have found JB WELD is a great repair material for broken or damaged sections.

More photos.
Wainting on windlace to bind the carpet prior to stitching in the details on the door panels.
Made 1 3/4 inch stuffing chanels out of aluminum flashing,
Found that the bulk 2" cotten needed to be double thickness for a good match to the original feel of the seat.
4" strip folded over for the narrow chanels. Double layer of 4" cotton for the wide chanels. Then once over with a rolling pin.
