What manufacturer/part-number paints can I use for the garnish (its dark gray) and trunk (it had been brush painted) for my 2498?

Please refer to the photo. Is this hole the location for the oil return from the oil filter? This is below the oil fill tube. My '51 200 did not have an oil filter and I am adding one.

1951 Ultramatic Bushing Dimensions and Tools
|

I am interested in the inner and outer diameters and the extraction and insertions tools for a 1951 Ultramatic. I believe these would be common for 1951 - 1954 Ultramatics.
I have broken down the transmission as shown. I put together the documentation shown in the next 6 images. I purchased the blind hole bushing tool set shown. I was not successful in slide-hammering the blind hole bushing from the reaction clutch housing. Can someone provide the dimensions for the bushings. References for tools would also be appreciated. I have the transmission out and upside down on supports. I took out one of the pistons and the lever is visible directly under the piston opening. I can depress the lever with my finger. If the lever doesn't come out with the control body I don't think the lever or the struts will go anywhere if I lift out the control body.

What is the band strut hold-down fixture PU-308 and how is it attached? Does the lever come out with the control body? Why would the struts fall out? Please see attached image.
