I have an NOS knob/switch so I'm all set. I have the defroster unit that bolts on the heater, but need the vents that attach under the dash below the window. Ducting should be easy enough to track down.

Pics would be excellent. Thanks !

On my '38 120, with heater option, the heater fan rheostat is to the left of the radio. There is no hole for the defroster rheostat which would have been installed to the right.

If I ever get all of the parts together to install the defroster, I plan to drill the 4th hole ... which I presume is all the dealships did at the time if the heater or defroster was not installed at the factory.

Of course, if I ever get the right radio for the '38 I'll install that too !

There are a few of us from the Calgary area coming down this year. Hope to catch up with some of you there.
