There is a vacuum line stub running off of the fuel pump facing in the direction of the firewall. Nothing is connected to it. What should this be connected to? Pictures would be worth a thousand words. Thanks in advance.

I am about to dig into a noisy lifter issue. I have purchased the special valve lash tool. Will a generic valve spring compressor tool work to remove the keepers or do I need a special tool. If so, please suggest a source. Thanks in advance.

It was working. Now I get nothing when I push or pull the knob. The switch is good and I jumpered the ground to no avail.

The power antenna in my '54 Convertible stopped working. Is there anyone who repairs them?

I have ordered the valve lash tool and await its arrival. In the meantime, the tick I am getting sounds to be only 1 valve/lifter and does not occur at start up. It is only once the engine has some heat in it that the tick starts. It was suggested that I change from 30 wt. motor oil to 40 wt. (I live in Florida) but the change in viscosity made no difference. Oil pressure is good. Thoughts?

I am still looking for a photo of the switch installed on a manual transmission car.
