Fortunately for me, I have 4 1956 Packards, 2 Caribbeans, 1 Patrician and 1 400 and all torsion level systems are working fine (fingers crossed) at this time.

I am the proud owner of 4 1956 Packards. Two Caribbeans, one 400 and one Patrician. In my opinion, the Patrician gives me the least problems of them all. That doesn't mean that the others are problem children, it seems as though the Patrician is the most trouble free.

I was a previous owner of 1084, "The White Cloud". I would like to see the restored car from Beard Brothers. Currently I own Sebastian, a 5699 tri-color, 1203. Thanks.

I bought mine from Minnesota Packards for my 56 Caribbean and am well satisfied. Actually, I received it earlier than was predicted.

Thanks for the welcome. Even though I posted a picture in my entry in jpeg, it doesn't show up on the registry. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Thank's,
Ron Jordan

Hello, Mal,

My 56 Caribbean is currently being repainted and rechromed, etc. at the body shop. He, Sebastian, is a "show-stopper" and as soon as I get it back, I will take new pictures and register him on Packardinfo.

I recently ordered a trunk lining kit for my 56 Caribbean from her (Sue) and am completely satisfied. It was rather easy to install and it looks exactly like the original.
