HH56, it's connected from the axle to the shock absorber so it will have impact from road bumps etc.
I believe polyurethane may be the way to go so I can pour it directly in the piece. It has a lip so the inside diameter is larger than the outside. I found this article online about pouring your own bushings. It may be the way to go in this case Thanks for the reply and helpful ideas!! https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/articles/how-make-your-own-delrin-and-urethane-bushings/

Hello all,
Trying to rebuild the arms that connect the shock to the frame of my 39' 120. Was thinking about making nylon bushings to insert. Any one do this before? Any ideas appreciated. Many thanks
