Having difficulty finding a seal for this joint. Tho our Packard is a '33 apparently it has a '32 style joint. R.

Our Servo Motor or "can" part of the Brake Booster has a leak at the front shaft. What is typically used to seal that connection, perhaps a boot of sorts? Where available?

For a 1933 Packard Standard, where can one buy a seal for the rear differential pinion?

We are rebuilding this brake booster unit and have located the Bragg Kliesrath brake valve diaphragm, but have not found a Bragg Kliesrath brake Valve bellows part #J 4904-7. Diaphragm was located at Classic & Exotic Services but can anyone suggest another vendor for the bellows? Many thanks!

1933 Packard 8; 3 plugs?

We have 3 plugs, 1 each on the crankcase, the transmission, and the timing chain case. Since all 3 plugs are of the same size which of the 3 should have a 1" + size tube attached to it? The plug with the tube currently is on the inspection hole of the timing chain case. Thanks ALL.

Of course Bruce is more than correct. I would agree and sorry I was thinking aloud. Will be doing all the above suggestions and hope the bulbs are OK.

Hey, GROUP:

Some very helpful info here. Thanks and thanks to any others willing to contribute. What about installing a 6V sealed beam behind the glass of my large Packard lamp. Would require a different pigtail, etc. but would my glass lens allow the light to project or does the light need to reflect off the reflectors to be optimal? And amperage draw? for this? So much to know and a newbie on electrics here. Russ
