!930 726 Standard Touring sidemount wheel locks

Greetings, I have one of those "have you ever seen" questions. I have a 1930 Packard 726 with sidemount solid wheels. In the center of the cover there are locks with keys. They look like chrome gas filler neck locks with four retracting lugs. I'm new to this hobby, and was wondering if this was someones home spun addition, or are they Packard parts? They fit well, prevent someone from getting to the fastener to demount wheels. Hmmmm

You're very kind, trying to navigate my way around. I hope I can give the old girl a stable home for awhile, she's seemed to have passed through a lot of hands over a decade or so.

Hello, new to hobby, have a 1930 726 sedan, all the vacuum equipment is gone, and I would like to know what the correct Vacuum tank would be to get started restoring that system, and where to look for one. Thanks

Hello, I just purchased a 1930 726 sedan. I'd like to know if there are any mods that can be made to the original engine, hot rodding for lack of a better term I guess. the original vacuum system is long gone, and rather than track down original pieces I'd like to know if anyones had any success changing the fuel/exhaust set up.
