is there a term used when referencing a hood on a 38 packard six. I know ford, chevy and a few other models had this folding style hood.

Thanks Ken < Im sure many questions will be asked. Trying to get my hood apart for sandblasting and painting, anyone have any advice. It wasnt folding very well at first. Its working good now but have had no luck sliding out the pins.

Recently purchased a rear fender for my 38 packard six. Fender was 250.00 . They did not want to ship but was able to talk them into shipping. Shipping was more than fender. It arrived on wednesday 5/28. Fender was very nice, they removed carefully preserving all mounting locations. Was preparing myself for a rough fender , very surprised at the condition. French Lake auto parts 3531 County Road 3 NW Annandale MN.55302. They are parting a entire 38. Hope this helps anyone looking for parts.
