Three more sleeps till we start the 2000 mile trek to Tucson via Laughlin for the River Fun Run. We have spent hours reading all the posts on this wonderful web site. Really looking forward to meeting as many Packard people as we can. Since we won't be bringing our Packard, I'm including a picture after paint restoration, replacing missing chrome, fixing leaks and general TLC. See you all on the 11th. Jimbo

900 cars at this show, only 3 Packards: 1955 Caribbean convertible, 1956 Packard 400 2 door hardtop and 1956 4 door sedan. Very hot day but enjoyed the show, especially the Packards.

Thanks from Canada! You would be welcome to come and visit Canada anytime. In our part of the country, there's not a lot of Packards to come and see.
Our Packard was invited to our grandson's graduation last weekend. I think I have attached a picture but haven't done this before so not sure. Jimbo

We are from Canada and winter in Tucson. That would be the time of year we head to Tucson and would be perfect timing for a Packard show enroute. We wouldn't be driving our '53 Mayfair in that we have only owned it for two months. We'd love to meet all you characters that we read about on Packardinfo.com. Count us in.

Just purchased 1953 Mayfair and having it safetied, a government requirement in Canada. The shop cannot remove the rear brake drums to get the measurements required. Is there a secret to pulling the rear hubs?
