Hi all! Today is kind of sad. I'm selling the Packard I bought in 2010. It's posted on ebay. I'll never recover the thousands I spend on frame straightening, engine rebuilding, re-chroming, etc. but I do have a lifetime of memories. Here's the ebay link:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Packard-Super-Clipper-Club-Coupe-/141970690256?#description

Just now watching it. A little too much "Dukes of Hazzard" narrating for my tastes.

I have 5 episodes DVR'd but this is the first one I'm watching. A little painful to watch; maybe add Jersey Shore (I assume; I've never actually seen it) meets Dukes of Hazzard?

So, re-assemly has begun.

These brackets are confusung me though.

I was guessing they may be used to support the oil bath side of the air cleaner but my origami/puzzle skills are not working.

Picture below.

Rebuilding the engine.

Began to re-assemble yesterday only to discover, during testing bearing clearance with plastigage, that Kanter sent me .001 bearings instead of .010 (the new old stock boxes were in such disrepair we couldn't read them).

Engine block painted Massey Ferguson Gray.

Received the frame back from the frame shop.

Straightened, steam cleaned, and painted.

Let the re-assembly begin!
